Analytics Manager (AI)

Location: Hub-based in Bristol, Glasgow or London, with approximately one day per week in the office and flexibility to work from home.

Salary: £55,000–£65,000 per year, plus a 15% on-target bonus and 9% Flex Pay.

What you will do

• Lead a team of experienced analysts and support their development through career guidance and development plans.
• Create daily, weekly and monthly performance narratives with partner functions and operational leaders.
• Design MI, dashboards and playbooks that clarify KPIs, data access and performance interpretation.
• Improve data quality and governance, investigate inconsistent data and maintain the MI systems landscape.
• Partner with senior leaders, Directors and C-suite stakeholders to prioritize MI projects and use data to guide strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities to reduce data-consumption costs, measure business impact and explore automation and AI for reporting.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar analytics management role, with broad teamworking and cross-functional experience.
• Experience leading senior analysts, motivating teams and developing technical skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and experience partnering with senior operational leaders.
• Strong SQL skills, including query-performance optimization, tuning, troubleshooting and error handling.
• Ability to create clear, varied data visualizations and establish best practices for MI and data visualization.
• Ability to work from or regularly attend a hub in Bristol, Glasgow or London; visa sponsorship is not available.
