What you will do

• Own the UK and EU analytics strategy, priorities, and operating model.
• Partner with UK and European senior leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and data-informed decisions.
• Establish consistent reporting across acquisition, conversion, retention, revenue, and business performance.
• Manage and develop a high-performing analytics team, initially with three direct reports.
• Build scalable analytics through common metric definitions, semantic models, trusted dashboards, and self-service capabilities.
• Support new product, brand, and market launches with success metrics, measurement plans, and diagnostic reporting while collaborating with the wider Hims & Hers data organisation.

Requirements

• 7–8+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or product analytics, including at least 2 years of direct team management.
• Advanced SQL and sufficient statistical and analytical depth to evaluate methodology and evidence.
• Strong commercial and product judgement, with the ability to connect analysis to customer behaviour and business economics.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders, setting priorities, and making trade-offs in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with modern warehouses, transformation tools, and BI platforms such as BigQuery, dbt, and Sigma/Looker or equivalents.
• Understanding of semantic modelling, data quality, AI, and automation in analytics.
