What you will do
- Lead EMEA sales performance analytics, KPI frameworks, reporting, and self-service BI environments.
- Build forecasting models for bookings, renewals, churn, and expansion across EMEA markets.
- Analyze funnel conversion, pipeline health, sales productivity, sales cycles, and win/loss drivers.
- Apply AI-driven scoring and automation to improve forecasting precision and GTM workflows.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and global analytics teams to turn insights into regional GTM actions.
- Ensure EMEA reporting follows global metric definitions and governance while accounting for regional market, currency, and compliance differences.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Experience with regional or multi-market analytics, forecasting, and SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and pipeline coverage.
- Experience applying AI/ML techniques or using AI-enabled tools for forecasting, customer analytics, or GTM optimization.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with data warehouses, ETL pipelines, modern data stack architectures, and AI-enabled platforms.
- Experience managing or mentoring analysts and communicating actionable insights to regional leadership.
