Senior Analyst (Data and Process Controls) (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid with attendance at the London office 2–3 days a week. Working from abroad is available for up to 120 days per year, subject to having the right to work in the country of choice.

What you will do

• Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand undocumented or incomplete processes.
• Investigate how data moves through systems and determine what should be monitored, validated, or automated.
• Use SQL, Python, and AI-enabled tools to build scalable automated solutions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to understand system architecture and support implementation.
• Improve the quality, reliability, and scalability of controls used to identify and prevent operational issues.
• Create reusable approaches and patterns for a growing data and process controls capability.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in a STEM field or a similar discipline.
• Strong curiosity, logical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and take ownership of work independently.
• Exposure to SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools, or strong aptitude for learning them.
• Experience using AI tools to solve practical problems and critically assess their outputs.
• Experience in operations, consulting, fintech, or another fast-moving environment.
