Professional Services Associate (AI GRC)

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, Illinois or Seattle, Washington; willingness to travel for customer on-sites, team planning workshops, and company gatherings is required

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year plus variable compensation, equity, and benefits

What you will do

• Configure Risk Cloud applications and build custom workflows based on customer requirements and project plans.
• Track project time, communicate progress and blockers, and provide status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Participate in and lead customer-facing working sessions with senior professional services team members.
• Capture requirements and produce accurate configuration documentation and technical deliverables.
• Use AI-assisted tools and automated utilities to draft documentation, summarize meeting notes, and improve daily task execution.
• Complete platform certifications and functional training while developing knowledge of GRC, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in professional services, technical implementation, SaaS support, or consulting, or a relevant degree with demonstrated interest in enterprise SaaS and risk management.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to document requirements and track commitments accurately.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for technical discussions, deliverables, and project updates.
• Curiosity and ability to develop expertise in Risk Cloud configuration, platform mechanics, and GRC standards.
• Ability and willingness to travel for customer on-sites, team workshops, and company gatherings.
• Comfort using AI-assisted tools for research, organizing project inputs, and summarizing requirements.

Nice to have

• Coursework, internship experience, or exposure to GRC, risk management, internal audit, or regulatory compliance.
• Experience configuring or supporting enterprise cloud applications such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira, or comparable platforms.
• Experience participating in structured customer projects with defined scopes, timelines, and deliverable handoffs.
