Location: US - Remote, CO; remote, hybrid, or in-office arrangement to be finalized based on location.

Salary: $94,200.00–$132,900.00 annually; commission eligible.

What you will do

• Share effective construction field processes with enterprise and key account teams and support scaled enablement.
• Collaborate with product innovation partners to address functionality gaps in project management and ERP software architectures.
• Identify opportunities for automation, custom SQL scripting, and AI engines on legacy platforms.
• Design custom, scalable workflows that reduce operational friction in construction processes.
• Connect with solution engineering teams through knowledge-transfer sessions and industry networking.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in the construction industry.
• Deep familiarity with construction-specific ERP, accounting, project management, estimating, production, engineering, or field productivity software.
• Creative problem-solving ability and willingness to challenge poor designs and build scalable workflows.
• Strong communication skills with CFOs, controllers, project managers, engineers, and operational leaders.
• Ability to work from the United States, with the final work arrangement determined by location.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI to solve construction workflows.
• Construction accounting or financial leadership experience.
• VDC/BIM, specialized subcontracting, structural engineering, or civil estimating experience.
• Custom SQL scripting, AI engine deployment, or hirify.global Construction One experience.
• Spanish, French, or Brazilian Portuguese language skills.
