AI Enablement Consultant (AI)

Location: Fully remote; candidates based in the EST zone are preferred. Conditions: Washington, D.C., United States.

Base pay range: $65,600–$85,000 per year, plus incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Support the Chief AI Officer with daily priorities, workstream coordination, information flow, and follow-through.
• Research and synthesize AI trends, tools, and organizational transformation practices into actionable deliverables.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather insights for AI strategy development and benchmarking.
• Use large language models and emerging AI tools to accelerate work and support internal tool adoption.
• Develop presentations, frameworks, and communication materials covering AI strategy and progress.
• Contribute to internal AI enablement initiatives and selected client-facing engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; recent graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and practical business applications.
• Fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar, with willingness to adopt new technologies.
• Strong research, writing, synthesis, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate with minimal oversight.
• Adaptability, intellectual curiosity, and maturity when working alongside senior leadership.
