Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Remote

Salary: $170,000–$210,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the implementation and ongoing configuration of Rippling, including job architecture, workflows, and system setup.
• Run performance review, merit, promotion, and calibration cycles.
• Build and operate effective onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support career pathing, learning and development, and employee recognition programs.
• Support benefits administration and annual broker renewal processes.
• Partner with outside counsel on H-1B and related immigration matters.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR or HRBP experience.
• Experience building HR processes from scratch at a growth-stage company.
• Hands-on HRIS implementation experience with Rippling or a comparable platform.
• Direct experience running performance reviews, merit cycles, or calibration processes.
• Experience supporting or building career pathing, employee recognition, or learning and development programs.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to optimize HR processes while maintaining compliant data handling, documentation, and bias controls.

Nice to have

• Experience in an enterprise SaaS company.
• Multi-entity or international HR experience.
• Experience with Pave, Carta, or similar compensation benchmarking tools.
• Experience supporting benefits administration, broker renewals, or employer-sponsored immigration cases.
