HR Operations Specialist

Location: Paris, France. Applicants must be authorized to work in France and provide proof of employment eligibility.

What you will do

• Own the full employee lifecycle in France, including onboarding, offboarding, international moves, transfers, and sensitive terminations.
• Act as the local HR Operations escalation point and independently resolve complex issues.
• Partner with HRBPs, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Immigration, Legal, People Systems, and EHS.
• Maintain HR data quality and governance in HiBob and support HRIS module rollouts and system changes.
• Identify and implement automation and AI opportunities that replace manual HR Operations workflows.
• Support data center personnel, travel administration through Navan, safety training tracking, and incident documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR Operations experience in France.
• Experience with HiBob or an equivalent HRIS, including data governance.
• Ability to manage HR Operations independently for a location or business unit.
• Strong knowledge of French employment law, local compliance, documentation, and confidential or legally complex cases.
• Full professional English fluency and native French are required.

Nice to have

• HR Operations experience in a data center, manufacturing, or other physical infrastructure environment.
• Knowledge of EHS requirements, safety standards, training compliance, and incident documentation.
• Experience mentoring HR Operations colleagues or supporting multi-country HR Operations.
