HR Process Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Design, document, standardize, and continuously improve end-to-end HR processes across core HR domains.
• Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, work instructions, RACI frameworks, governance models, approval flows, and exception-handling procedures.
• Analyze process performance to identify inefficiencies, risks, root causes, cycle-time issues, manual effort, and rework.
• Align HR processes with HRIS workflows and support the testing and implementation of system changes.
• Promote AI and automation to improve HR service delivery and scalability.
• Enable adoption through training materials, communication, stakeholder support, and process adherence monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Excellence, or HR Transformation.
• Strong expertise in HR process design, standardization, governance, process mapping, SOP development, and workflow design.
• Experience with HRIS and workflow-based environments such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, structured working, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Fluency in English and German and/or Dutch or Italian.
