What you will do

  • Design, document, and standardize end-to-end HR processes across core domains.
  • Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, and RACI frameworks.
  • Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort and cycle times.
  • Act as a process advisor for HR transformation and system implementation projects.
  • Promote the use of AI and automation to enhance HR service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Transformation.
  • Fluency in English and German, Dutch, or Italian.
  • Strong expertise in HR process design, standardization, and governance.
  • Experience with HRIS systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Nice to have

  • Experience in global or multi-country environments.
  • Exposure to Shared Service Center (SSC) operations.
