Technician-Support (HVAC)

Location: Lenexa, Kansas, United States. Field-based role with work conducted on-site at customer locations; overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays may be required.

Hourly base pay: $15.07–$45.21 per hour.

What you will do

• Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up commercial HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with team leaders, project managers, and customers to plan installations and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair equipment and systems at customer locations using software, hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
• Serve as the direct customer contact and maintain customer satisfaction across assigned projects.
• Maintain safety standards and record the use, wear, and condition of company assets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a certificate from an accredited technical school.
• Typically 0–2 years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld computers such as smartphones or iPads.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations or preventable collisions in the previous three years.

Nice to have

• EPA certification, such as HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, or Gas Installer certification.
