Maintenance Technician- 50% Rent Discount

Salary: $20.00–$23.00 per hour

What you will do

• Complete basic apartment turns to prepare homes for new residents.
• Respond to resident service requests and perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair or replace plumbing, electrical components, HVAC equipment, appliances, and other building systems.
• Provide technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians when needed.
• Assist with vendor quality management and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Provide responsive service to residents and support the maintenance team.

Requirements

• At least one year of maintenance experience, preferably in a facilities or building environment.
• Proficiency in at least two technical trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Ability to work a flexible onsite schedule, including evenings, weekends, seven-day work weeks, and on-call shifts as needed.
• Reliable transportation for after-hours emergency service requests while on call.
• Ability and willingness to perform physical work and move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
