Maintenance Technician (HVAC)

Location: Arden, NC, United States; full-time onsite work.

Salary: $20–$22 per hour for entry-level technicians; higher pay is available based on experience.

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and mechanical equipment.
• Complete routine inspections and basic repairs.
• Support maintenance, service, and construction projects.
• Work alongside experienced technicians and build hands-on skilled-trade experience.
• Follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday, lift and carry up to 60 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary and maintain punctuality and reliability.
