Tool Development Professional (Mechanical Engineering)

hirify.global develops energy technologies and systems for reliable, sustainable power generation. The Budapest Gas Services Competence Center includes more than 400 engineers across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control engineering, and sales support.

What you will do

• Design and validate tools and fixtures for gas turbine, generator and steam turbine assembly and service work.
• Develop parts, assemblies, models, drawing derivatives, audit-proof drawings, material masters and bills of materials.
• Perform design calculations and FEM strength verification for tool development.
• Manage tool data and conduct or participate in design reviews in Teamcenter and SAP OPP.
• Coordinate external service providers and suppliers throughout tool development and manufacturing release.
• Support prototypes, field validation, production clarifications, error analysis and implementation of manufacturing or design solutions.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in mechanical engineering or comparable training.
• Professional experience in tool development and mechanical engineering development.
• Good knowledge of Siemens NX, Teamcenter and SAP; Creo Parametric is an advantage.
• Experience creating models, technical drawings and documentation, including FEM-compliant designs.
• Knowledge of occupational safety regulations, VDE and CE standards, and Microsoft Office.
• Confident English communication is required; German is a plus.
