Process Improvement Engineer (Lean)

Location: Hybrid in Szigetszentmiklós, Hungary, with regular on-site work at the manufacturing facility

Salary: Gross HUF 850,000–1,050,000 per month

What you will do

• Drive Lean transformation and continuous improvement across production, warehouse, and intralogistics.
• Analyze material and operational flows to identify waste and improve productivity, efficiency, and customer value.
• Lead Kaizen events and cross-functional process improvement projects.
• Apply Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Kanban, SMED, PDCA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Monitor and improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and inventory KPIs.
• Develop standards and training materials, coach teams, and support compliance with the Integrated Management System.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Native Hungarian and fluent English; intermediate English skills are also referenced in the requirements.
• Advanced MS Office and Excel skills, with an analytical, proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Strong communication, change management, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma experience.
• SAP WM/EWM, Power BI, or project management experience.
