What you will do

• Improve performance indicators through loss reduction methods and KPI monitoring.
• Analyze production losses and implement effective solutions to eliminate them.
• Drive improvements according to priorities and lead dedicated improvement teams.
• Ensure conditions for safety, product quality, and machine efficiency are maintained.
• Audit standards to maintain process and machine conditions.
• Create work instructions, training materials, and deliver training to operators.

Requirements

• University or college degree in Technical Engineering fields (Mechanical Engineering is a benefit).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production area.
• Fluency in both Hungarian and English.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to manage a high workload and strong communication skills.
