What you will do

• Provide continuous technological support for the production unit.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production equipment.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements.
• Develop and maintain material and time standards.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain production and machine documentation.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality and reduce waste.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Active, communicative level of English (spoken and written).
• Proactive, motivated, and independent work style.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
