What you will do
- Build agent loops and orchestration with tool use, structured outputs, business-rule enforcement, and graceful failure handling.
- Develop secure MCP integrations that allow agents to call backend systems and business APIs.
- Render model output into live, streamed, and accessible user interfaces using generative UI protocols.
- Ground models with retrieval, embeddings, real data, and feedback loops.
- Design and operate evaluation systems that demonstrate measurable improvement.
- Move AI capabilities from notebook prototypes to measured, guard-railed production features.
Requirements
- Experience shipping and operating full-stack applications in production across frontend, backend, data, deployment, and operations.
- 5+ years of production software development experience and 2+ years building LLM-powered products used by real users.
- Hands-on experience with generative or agent-driven UI protocols such as A2UI, AG-UI, or MCP-UI.
- Experience with prompt and context engineering, agents, tool use, structured outputs, evaluations, and MCP.
- Practical experience with Python, TypeScript/Node, React, asynchronous programming, streaming, observability, retrieval, embeddings, and SQL.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Berlin, Boston, Durham, Munich, London, or Valencia.
Nice to have
- Experience with fine-tuning or distillation.
- Experience with e-commerce or marketplace systems.
- Track record of taking products or capabilities from 0 to 1.
