Salary: $205,000 – $238,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build agentic applications focused on automating the resolution of user inquiries.
• Lead the exploration and implementation of state-of-the-art generative AI techniques.
• Inform AI model training and deployment infrastructure to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Analyze real-world data to iterate and improve model quality.
• Monitor and evaluate AI performance to ensure it meets high product standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on AI and machine learning.
• Expertise in developing production applications using LLMs and Generative AI.
• Experience with agentic methodologies, prompting techniques, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning.
• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and database systems.
• Strong communication skills and a structured thought process.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA to support the hybrid office schedule.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of specialized machine learning areas like deep learning or reinforcement learning.
• Experience with AI implementations in SaaS or multiplayer applications.
