What you will do

• Build and ship GenAI capabilities, including compound AI systems, retrieval-augmented features, and in-product prompt orchestration.
• Productionize models by owning serving, APIs, and runtime performance to ensure reliability in the live application.
• Develop in-product vector search and retrieval integration and manage model-quality regressions.
• Integrate AI predictions into the .NET backend in collaboration with backend engineers.
• Partner with Product and Design to identify new AI use cases and shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of strong AI software engineering experience with a proven track record of putting ML/AI into production at scale.
• Hands-on proficiency with Python, Databricks, vector databases, and MLflow.
• Experience with GenAI application patterns such as RAG, agents, and orchestration.
• Solid API design skills and a product-minded approach to building features.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with C# (.NET).
• Knowledge of MLOps tooling.
• Experience building MCP for a tool or platform.
