TL;DR
AI Product Engineer (Python/.NET): Building AI-driven features for accounting software with an accent on agentic AI, tool use, orchestration, and production-grade integrations. Focus on taking experiments into live products, designing APIs, managing runtime performance and latency, and integrating AI across backend and frontend systems.
Location: Hybrid work in Antwerp or Barcelona

is an international IT scale-up developing accounting software for accountants, businesses, and entrepreneurs.
What you will do
- Take AI-driven feature ideas from prototypes through production deployment and evaluate which experiments should proceed.
- Build agentic AI capabilities using agent frameworks, tool use, orchestration, and MCP-based integrations.
- Own APIs, serving, runtime performance, latency, and production response when quality regresses.
- Develop features end to end, including AI components, .NET backend integrations, and frontend work where needed.
- Identify AI use cases and shape the roadmap in collaboration with Product and Design.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building and operating commercial software for paying customers, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Production experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, tool use, and orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with Python, C#/.NET, API design, and full-stack development.
- Product-oriented approach with experience collaborating with Product and Design.
- Fluent English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Databricks, MLflow, vector search, MLOps tooling, or MCP development.
