What you will do

• Build prototypes and ship production-ready agentic AI solutions and proofs of concept.
• Implement and test RAG pipelines, tool-augmented agents, and complex agent workflows.
• Develop evaluation, observability, and guardrails for AI systems, including logging and alerting.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise workflows and systems via APIs and data pipelines.
• Translate product requirements into software designs and detailed specifications for complex components.
• Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and day-to-day collaboration.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, preferably with AI-enabled or data-intensive systems.
• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent degree.
• Experience building RAG pipelines, tool-augmented agents, and familiarity with prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern SDLC (CI/CD, TDD).
• Experience working with relational, columnar, and vector stores based on sound data-modelling principles.
