What you will do

• Build and ship agentic AI solutions, prototypes, and proofs of concept to production standard.
• Implement and test tool use, retrieval pipelines (RAG), and complex agent workflows.
• Develop evaluation, observability, and guardrails for AI systems, including logging, instrumentation, and alerting.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise workflows and systems via APIs and data pipelines.
• Translate product requirements into software designs and write detailed specifications for complex system components.
• Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and everyday collaboration.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with AI-enabled or data-intensive systems.
• Experience building RAG pipelines, tool-augmented agents, and familiarity with prompt engineering and context management.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and working with relational, columnar, and vector stores.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, TDD, and modern SDLC practices.
• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent degree.
