What you will do

• Design and deploy intelligent agentic systems integrating LLMs with enterprise data using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using Azure AI Search and vector databases.
• Build and iterate on conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Anthropic Claude.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical AI solutions with business goals and operational needs.
• Drive system quality through automated testing, monitoring, and data-driven evaluation of user adoption.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant engineering field.
• 8-10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 1-2+ years of professional experience working on AI-powered systems or products.
• Proficiency in Python, with comfort in C#, SQL, or TypeScript/React.
• Strong skills in data ingestion, ETL pipelines, and retrieval strategies using vector databases.
• Must be located in or able to work from one of the specified US office locations.
