Focus on configuring integrations, migrating data, coordinating testing and deployment, and improving reporting and system capabilities.

What you will do
- Lead the EH&S workstream for ERP implementation and transformation initiatives.
- Define requirements and design standardized EH&S processes with business stakeholders.
- Oversee system configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate delivery across business teams, IT, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Support training, change management, and user adoption.
- Improve EH&S processes, reporting, data quality, and system capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Environmental Science, EH&S, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in EH&S, enterprise applications, ERP implementations, or related leadership roles.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and large-scale transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of EH&S processes and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EH&S, SAP GLM, Cority, or similar platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing, chemical, industrial, energy, or life sciences environments.
- Knowledge of sustainability and ESG reporting requirements.
- Experience with cloud-based EH&S solutions and enterprise integrations.
