Salary: $88,000–$99,000 per year

hirify.global’s Engineered Pump Division provides mission-critical pumps and related services for U.S. Navy ships and submarines.

What you will do

• Manage all aspects of customer projects involving pump delivery.
• Track project schedules, open issues, financial performance, budgets, and contract requirements.
• Prepare periodic project status reviews for customers.
• Coordinate issue resolution and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Direct the activities of project planners.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Finance, Quality, Sourcing, Engineering, Operations, and other hirify.global divisions.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain security clearances are required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least two years of production, engineering, project, or project management experience, or equivalent.
• Knowledge or experience with government contracting projects.
• Understanding of supply-chain planning, scheduling, purchasing, supplier selection, inventory control, and logistics.
• Experience working in project teams, with strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the defense industry.
• Experience with ERP systems, Oracle, and Microsoft Office Project.
• Strategic sourcing experience.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma experience and knowledge.
