SAP S/4HANA Senior Project Manager

Location: Solon, Ohio, United States. Work mode: 100% on-site. Candidates must be based in the United States or be legally authorized to work in the US.

What you will do

• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects from planning through successful go-live.
• Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resources, scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate business, IT, SAP, and external consulting teams and facilitate workshops and project meetings.
• Manage governance, status reporting, steering committee materials, decisions, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Oversee requirements gathering, solution design reviews, testing, training, data migration, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Prepare project updates for senior management and sponsors while managing changes to priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in SAP-related projects.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or transformation programs.
• Experience managing complex projects involving multiple teams, business users, technical teams, SAP consultants, and external vendors.
• Good understanding of SAP project phases, including design, testing, deployment, and go-live.
• Strong planning, organization, communication, reporting, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in a large international organization, consumer goods environment, or global multinational company.
• SAP certification or project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Experience with global SAP rollouts, business process transformation, or ERP program management.
