Sales Engineer (LATAM) (AI Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote; the role supports customers and resellers in LATAM.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales and Channel teams to run discovery sessions, identify customer pain points, and architect tailored security solutions.
• Design and deliver product demonstrations and Proof of Concept evaluations to secure technical buy-in.
• Lead post-sale implementation and guide customers through initial setup as the primary technical consultant.
• Support reseller partners with technical training and enablement to scale market presence.
• Build technical playbooks, PoC templates, and demo environments from the ground up.
• Identify optimization opportunities and contribute to customer onboarding and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluent English, Spanish, and Portuguese required.
• 2–5 years of experience in pre-sales, post-sales, or Founding Sales Engineer roles.
• Hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments, including identity management, SSO/SAML configuration, domain whitelisting, and customer-facing integrations.
• Experience with Okta or Azure AD, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and API-based integrations.
• Experience in AI-driven cybersecurity and SaaS companies.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts as clear business value and work proactively in ambiguous environments.
