Customer Engineer, ASEAN Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Design bespoke enterprise architectures with ASEAN Field Customer Engineers and Sales.
• Deliver product demonstrations and proofs of concept across developer, security, and networking platforms.
• Maintain technical relationships with customers from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Use AI agents and internal platforms to automate RFP responses, security questionnaires, sandbox provisioning, and basic telemetry monitoring.
• Drive platform adoption, retention, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities while carrying a variable revenue quota.
• Translate technical capabilities and product usage data into measurable business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical pre-sales role, such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Experience building tools with AI and using automation to solve technical and customer-facing challenges.
• Foundational knowledge of web technologies, internet security, and computer networking, with strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a revenue-aligned environment and manage complex customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to connect detailed technical implementations with C-suite business strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience building, deploying, or architecting solutions with hirify.global's developer platform and AI ecosystem, especially Workers AI and AI Gateway.
• Additional ASEAN language skills for customer communication across ASEAN countries.
