Client Consulting Director, Visa Consulting & Analytics (Payments)

Location: US - Ashburn, VA; at least 3 days in the office required. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $151,600–$257,000 USD per year, plus potential bonus, equity, and sales incentives.

What you will do

• Sell consulting services and manage a portfolio of target clients, building a sales pipeline and achieving revenue goals.
• Lead consulting engagements for U.S. issuers, financial institutions, and issuing banks across North America.
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, subject matter expert involvement, and delivery requirements.
• Develop frameworks, methodologies, recommendations, and integrated solutions for client growth priorities.
• Deliver data-driven analyses and strategies covering profitability, growth, customer segmentation, product development, acquisition, retention, and portfolio enhancement.
• Collaborate with hirify.global sales, marketing, risk, innovation, New Flows, and global Community teams while maintaining pricing, legal, funding, and revenue records.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Experience in management consulting or at a U.S. financial institution.
• Payments or financial services experience, including knowledge of banking operations, payment schemes, card issuing, and related products and processes.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience using financial indicators and measuring ROI.
• Experience closing sales, managing multiple priorities, building strategic relationships, and leading client engagements.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and collaboration skills, with a technology mindset and awareness of digital trends.
