UX Designer (AI)

Location: Portland, Oregon, United States; hybrid. Remote, hybrid, or in-office work is available through the Portland headquarters, but candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Audit the application to identify and prioritize high-impact UX friction.
• Redesign user flows and interface elements to reduce complexity and improve usability.
• Translate UX issues into concrete designs, from low-fidelity concepts to final specifications.
• Partner with engineers during implementation to ensure accurate and efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to prioritize UX improvements and establish consistent design patterns.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and iterate on the product experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX or product design, with a portfolio showing measurable improvements to complex interfaces.
• Deep expertise in interaction design and workflow optimization.
• Strong proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma and developer-ready specifications.
• Experience working directly with engineers in an agile environment, including hands-on implementation support.
• Ability to prioritize UX problems using qualitative feedback and product intuition.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
