Senior Designer (AI)

Location: Remote-first role for candidates in the US

Compensation: $90,000–$115,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, budget, and location.

What you will do

• Design brand identity systems, campaigns, and digital product experiences across web, mobile, and platform environments.
• Create scalable visual languages and design systems for marketing and product surfaces.
• Translate strategy into concepts, user flows, UI frameworks, interaction studies, and high-fidelity executions.
• Use AI tools and custom workflows for ideation, iteration, production support, and rapid prototyping.
• Collaborate with strategists, writers, producers, and engineers to deliver feasible, build-ready work.
• Manage design priorities and timelines while supporting handoff, QA, feedback, and iteration.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong work across identity, campaigns, and product/UI design.
• High AI fluency, active experimentation with emerging tools, and the ability to develop effective design workflows.
• Strong prototyping skills, including interaction, motion, clickable, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Strong typography, composition, interaction sensibility, systems thinking, and attention to detail.
• Experience contributing to design systems across marketing and product environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including close work with engineers on handoff, feasibility, and QA.
