Location: East Aurora, New York, United States; flexible work model with purposeful in-person collaboration.

Salary: USD $112,800–$141,000 yearly, with final base pay determined by work location, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Advise site leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design.
• Translate business strategy into talent, capability-building, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Lead change management connected to organizational transformation, growth, and restructuring.
• Manage talent processes including development planning, succession planning, and performance management.
• Design effective organizational structures, roles, and workflows with business leaders.
• Coach leaders and support employee experience, engagement, well-being, and inclusive team development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partner or site leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in talent development, organizational design, employee relations, and change management.
• Strong business acumen with a people-centered mindset.
• Credible leadership presence, sound judgment, discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
• Ability to balance employee advocacy with business needs and manage stakeholders through change.
