What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to site leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design.
• Translate business strategy into actionable people initiatives to support growth and operational excellence.
• Lead talent management processes, including development planning, succession planning, and performance management.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring fair and legally compliant practices through investigations and conflict resolution.
• Lead change management initiatives related to organizational transformation and restructuring.
• Coach leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams and improve organizational agility.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partner or site leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in talent development, organizational design, and change management.
• Strong business acumen and a people-centered mindset.
• Ability to balance employee advocacy with business priorities.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professional judgment.
• Must be based in East Aurora, New York
