Senior Associate, Marketplace, DashPass Partnerships S&O

Location: San Francisco, California; Los Angeles, California; or Denver, Colorado, United States

Salary: $87,000–$128,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Develop and execute international strategic partnerships to drive DashPass adoption and long-term growth.
• Optimize the acquisition funnel and develop go-to-market strategies for new international partnership opportunities.
• Design and operationalize data-driven experiments across promotional campaigns and in-app creative assets.
• Analyze the operational and financial impact of initiatives and use performance insights to identify opportunities.
• Launch in-app merchandising supported by media and CRM campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, and external partners.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in operations, technology, consulting, business development, banking, analytics, marketing, a high-growth or early-stage startup, or a related field.
• Experience using SQL and Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and prioritizing work effectively.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, including experience working with external partners.
• Experience with international partnerships or other global growth projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
