Manager, Strategy & Operations — Enterprise Partnerships (AI)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid, with approximately three days per week in the NYC office

Salary: $136,000–$200,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity grants

hirify.global operates a global restaurant partnerships business spanning the US, Canada, and Australia.

What you will do

• Lead one or two strategic projects end to end for the Global Restaurants Partnerships organization.
• Identify manual work in sales and account management and build AI-powered tools to improve productivity.
• Design and run programs that increase merchant engagement and generate incremental revenue.
• Build recurring AI-enabled infrastructure and automate operating cadences used by the organization.
• Develop opportunity sizing, resource, and impact cases and present recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate strategy across the US, Canada, and Australia, including collaboration with Wolt and Deliveroo counterparts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or general management.
• Strong analytical skills, including modeling in Google Sheets and querying data with SQL.
• Fluency with agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to drive stakeholder alignment, communicate with executives, and translate strategy into action.
• Experience working across multiple geographies and time zones is preferred.
