TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Santa Clara, CA

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000, plus a target 10% annual bonus

What you will do

  • Act as a day-to-day resource for the sales team, resolving tool issues and answering process questions.
  • Maintain documentation for sales processes and assist with cross-functional projects.
  • Monitor and maintain data accuracy across Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack.
  • Execute data imports, list uploads, and record updates in support of sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Help investigate trends and anomalies in sales process data such as lead conversion, sales activity, forecast and pipeline variances.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience with report and dashboard building, data management, and basic admin tasks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets: formulas, pivot tables, and structured data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to data accuracy.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with GTM tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Nice to have

  • Experience with applying AI tools and automation to sales processes.
  • You are a Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Prior SDR or sales support background.
