Warehouse Lead (Logistics)

Pay rate: $23–$27 per hour

What you will do

• Lead a small team of warehouse associates across receiving, picking, packing, and other functions.
• Support labor planning and coordinate daily workflows.
• Train new team members on standard operating procedures, safety, and process efficiency.
• Monitor order accuracy, report issues, and escalate problems when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and support flexible scheduling.
• Mandarin skills required.
• Prior team lead or informal leadership experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Interest in developing toward a supervisor role.
