Warehouse Lead - Weekend Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Katy, Texas, United States; onsite weekend shift

Salary: $25.00–$36.25 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate Warehouse Operators, monitor performance, delegate tasks, and manage key performance indicators.
• Enforce warehouse safety, operational, and procedural policies and train operators on them.
• Audit inventory transactions, receiving reports, stock movements, production requisitions, and ERP entries for accuracy.
• Stage raw materials for production and perform cycle counts for raw materials and finished goods.
• Operate reach trucks, walkies, cherry pickers, and forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and material-handling equipment, including batteries, floor-cleaning equipment, and skids.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, troubleshooting, decision-making, reading, writing, and math skills.
• Basic knowledge and use of hand tools, with demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse vehicles and perform general material-handling equipment maintenance.
