Salary: $136,000 - $170,000

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end high-risk programs, taking proactive ownership of strategic execution and financial outcomes.
- Define multi-year improvement strategies for loss thresholds, risk tiers, and escalation frameworks.
- Own company-level goals for delivering dollar savings and reducing transaction costs.
- Design operating models, SOPs, and recovery mechanisms for addressing quality issues and financial loss incidents.
- Leverage AI/LLM tooling to build scalable preventive solutions and automate investigation and recovery workflows.
- Lead MBRs and executive reviews, delivering high-visibility reporting on metrics and risks to diverse stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of program or technical program management experience in FinTech, payments, money movement, or risk/loss operations.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end programs with measurable outcomes in loss reduction or cost savings.
- Data-driven approach with at least beginner-level SQL proficiency for opportunity sizing and prioritization.
- Experience designing processes, SOPs, and operational workflows.
- Ability to influence and align cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance.
- Must be based in or be able to work from Seattle, WA to meet hybrid office requirements.
