Salary: $146,200 – $233,700 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Define requirements, create functional specifications, and oversee database design and technical architecture.
• Manage resources, budgets, timelines, and quality for engineering and operational projects.
• Oversee the technology development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Define and track key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Coach engineering teams on Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles and practices.

Requirements

• U.S. Applicants Only.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years of experience.
• Experience in developing and maintaining technology product roadmaps.
• Proficiency in writing user stories and grooming product backlogs.
• Experience providing technical guidance and leadership to engineering teams.
• Ability to work with emerging technologies, including Generative AI tools.
