Regional Partner Operations Specialist (Automotive)

Location: Remote within the United States; permanent US work authorization required

Annual base pay: $70,565–$125,191 USD

What you will do

• Serve as Slate’s primary point of contact for Vehicle Delivery Partners.
• Coordinate with Fulfillment, Logistics, Service, Accessories, and other internal teams to resolve vehicle and delivery issues.
• Develop and monitor partner performance metrics, address operational issues, and improve delivery effectiveness.
• Validate monthly partner invoices, track actual costs against plan, and recommend cost improvements.
• Implement vehicle and material inventory reporting and cycle counting with delivery partners.
• Support repairs needed before vehicles are delivered to customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in vehicle delivery and/or automotive distribution, preferably with OEMs or dealers.
• Experience managing relationships with third-party service providers.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and project management tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, lift and carry up to 35 pounds, and perform standing, walking, and repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or an equivalent field.
• Experience working in startup environments and with warehousing, material management, business planning, and financial processes.
