Automation Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States. Monday to Friday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Operate and monitor semi-automated and fully automated assembly machines.
• Pre-assemble small components using microscopes, fixtures, and hand tools.
• Inspect components and finished products against established specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance, minor troubleshooting, and machine setting adjustments.
• Record production activity and equipment issues, and report concerns to supervisors and Assembly Technicians.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while supporting production targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle small components and work with microscopes.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly or machine operation.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical instructions.
• Manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience is preferred.
