Machine B Operator - 3rd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Solon, Ohio, United States; 3rd shift, Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Salary: $18–$20 per hour based on experience, plus a $1 per hour 3rd-shift differential

What you will do

• Operate and tend filling, labeling, packing, blistering, and container-closing machines.
• Perform minor adjustments, setups, changeovers, cleaning, and general machine operation.
• Validate and organize jobs using bills of materials and current work instructions.
• Inspect packaged goods at required intervals to ensure compliance with work orders.
• Identify equipment problems and assist with troubleshooting production equipment, including balers, carton erectors, pallet jacks, and blister equipment.
• Support operator training and follow Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality procedures.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive or bottling and packaging.
• Forklift experience and certification to operate low-lift and sit-down forklifts.
• Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform simple math calculations and use computers.
