Business Analyst (ANSES Core Banking)

Location: Must be based in Córdoba, Argentina, and work onsite at the bank's office three days per week

What you will do

• Analyze, document, and optimize AS-IS and TO-BE processes related to ANSES operations, pensions, retirement benefits, and social security payments.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and documentation for development and integration teams.
• Participate in configuring and parameterizing the Bantotal ANSES module and validating rules for benefits, payments, deductions, and related services.
• Coordinate integrations between ANSES, Core Banking, payment platforms, digital channels, and enterprise systems.
• Support beneficiary, customer, and account migrations and coordinate functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, coordinate resolution, and support post-go-live operations and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Functional Technician in financial institutions.
• Experience with Core Banking implementation, migration, or transformation projects and financial services related to ANSES, pensions, or retirement benefits.
• Experience gathering requirements, performing functional analysis, preparing functional documentation, and validating SQL queries.
• Experience planning and executing functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including SIT/UAT.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools, plus strong analytical and communication skills.
• Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with Bantotal Core Banking, especially ANSES or pension-related modules.
• Knowledge of banking integrations with government and public-sector institutions.
• Experience with large-scale customer, account, or pension-benefit migrations.
• Knowledge of banking integration architectures, API-based services, and financial-sector digital transformation.
• Understanding of regulations for pensioners, retirees, and social security products.
