What you will do

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams.
• Map business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into user stories and specifications.
• Manage and refine product backlog for consistent delivery.
• Support UAT and performance evaluation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
• Proven experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of requirements management and process modeling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.

Nice to have

• Technical background or experience as a developer.
