Associate Post Processing Technician (MedTech)

What you will do

• Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines used in production.
• Perform finishing, assembly, repair, and rework operations according to drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.
• Process products through production steps and follow router protocols to maintain efficient flow.
• Inspect results against predetermined tolerances and required finish characteristics.
• Document quality results and apply workmanship standards and 5S principles.
• Follow company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically less than one year of related experience.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail orientation, problem-solving ability, and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to work onsite in West Carrollton, Ohio, and comply with FDA, state, and ISO 13485 requirements.
