Product Engineer (AI/Fullstack)

Location: Remote, with the option to work anywhere in the world; company location listed as Poland.

Salary: €5,600–€7,600 gross per month, depending on experience and competence.

What you will do

• Own customer problems from identifying the need through production delivery and impact measurement.
• Move across frontend, backend, and infrastructure according to the problem being solved.
• Use AI agents for coding, analysis, testing, and iteration.
• Make decisions and ship solutions with minimal guidance in an evolving roadmap.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, data specialists, and engineers in autonomous squads.
• Identify team bottlenecks and improve the use of AI agents and engineering workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping products used by real users.
• Full-stack experience with Node backend and Vue, React, or Angular frontend.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in an actual engineering workflow.
• Strong product mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL or MySQL, TypeScript, and disciplined testing.

Nice to have

• Message queuing with RabbitMQ, BullMQ, or GCP Pub/Sub.
• Vue 3 Composition API and Pinia.
• Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Production experience building or integrating LLM-powered features or AI agents.
• Grafana, Prometheus, monorepos, or Vite.
