Senior Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript/React/Node.js)

Location: 100% remote with flexible hours

Salary: 22,000–28,000 PLN net + VAT per month on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Build and own complex fullstack features with TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js.
• Design scalable frontend and backend solutions, including APIs, business logic, data models, and integrations.
• Build and integrate AI-powered and LLM-based functionality into web applications.
• Develop rich interfaces, business workflows, and role-based functionality.
• Own technical solutions from requirements and architecture through implementation and delivery.
• Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders while contributing to architecture, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial fullstack engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Experience with APIs, databases, application architecture, complex business logic, and modern backend development such as Express or NestJS.
• Commercial experience building or integrating AI-powered features or LLM-based solutions.
• Ability to independently own complex technical problems and deliver production-ready solutions.
• Polish C1 and English C1 required for a bilingual working environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python/FastAPI, GraphQL, Go, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with SaaS or B2B products and automated testing or CI/CD.
