Salary: £55,000–£75,000 GBP annually for Canada applicants only; exclusive of bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design and clinically validate care pathways, programs, content, and platform capabilities using evidence-based practice and standards of care.
• Contribute to clinical safety and governance for Providers, AI Agents, Health Engagement, Member Portal, and other solution areas.
• Develop and maintain evaluation rubrics, conduct AI agent evaluations, and produce golden datasets for agentic capabilities.
• Review and grade AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy, safety, appropriate scope, and overall utility.
• Partner with Solution Owners, User Research, Product Developers, Client Solutions, Growth, compliance, and regulatory colhirify.globals.
• Support customer delivery and communicate clinical value and outcomes to customers and prospects.

Requirements

• Active clinical license required, such as Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician, or an equivalent regulated clinical credential.
• At least 5 years of clinical practice and direct patient care experience.
• Familiarity with quality measurement frameworks including CIHI, HEDIS, CMS Star Ratings, and NCQA accreditation standards.
• Experience with regulatory bodies and reviewing clinical content or AI-generated output for accuracy, safety, and appropriate scope.
• Strong ability to translate complex clinical information into clear, patient-facing experiences.
• Practical proficiency with AI tools and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, cross-functional organization.

Nice to have

• Experience in population health, care or case management, managed care, or chronic disease management.
• Experience or interest in building evaluation rubrics, golden datasets, or QA frameworks for AI-generated content.
