What you will do

• Create job advertisements and manage requisitions in applicant tracking and HR information systems.
• Source, screen, interview, and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate recruitment events and maintain relationships with universities, agencies, and other talent sources.
• Guide hiring managers on interview practices, coordinate offers, and support onboarding and orientation.
• Monitor talent market trends, strengthen employer branding, and improve recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience and a proven record of successful hiring.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in the Cincinnati, Ohio office-based environment.
