Operations Co-Op (Spring 2027)

Location: United States; possible sites include Perris, California; Peachtree City, Georgia; Mount Prospect, Illinois; Greenfield and Lowell, Indiana; Mentor/Painesville/Fairport Harbor, Miamisburg, and Oak Harbor, Ohio; and Neenah, Wisconsin. This is a rotational position, with the location determined after offer acceptance in November 2026. Relocation assistance is available to qualifying candidates.

Salary: $24.50–$27.50 per hour, depending on academic standing and location.

What you will do

• Identify and support process improvement opportunities.
• Build project plans and lead or support projects through completion.
• Assist plant leadership with operational initiatives.
• Support cross-functional teams on special projects.
• Travel approximately 10–20% of the time.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, with a focus on chemical, electrical, automation, controls, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
• Willingness to participate for at least two semesters, including one non-summer term.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be willing to relocate to an assigned US manufacturing site.
• Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Previous internship, co-op, or relevant work experience.
• Experience in engineering student organizations.
• Volunteer or similar extracurricular experience.
